We have Pfizer (Comirnaty), Novavax (Nuvaxovid) available at all of our clinics. 

Pfizer is available for 1st and 2nd dose and is approved for a booster.  

Novavax is available for 1st and 2nd dose only.  Paediatric Pfizer is available for all children ages 5 to 11 for 1st and 2nd dose only. Bookings can be made online via our online booking and via a phone call to the practice. The waiting area is limited in each clinic, you may be asked to wait outside the surgery until it is your turn to be vaccinated. Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment, and complete the Covid-19 Consent form if required. 

You Should Bring the Following to Your Covid-19 Vaccination Appointment:

  • Photo ID, if you have one
  • Medicare card, if you have one
  • Employee ID, if you are getting a COVID-19 vaccine because of your occupation.
  • Information about any of your medical conditions, allergies, bleeding disorders or immunocompromise (i.e. weakened immune system)
  • Information about any medications you are taking
  • Information about any previous COVID-19 vaccine received (vaccine brand and date of vaccination)
  • Information about any reactions you have had to any vaccine in the past
  • The name of your current GP/s and any specialist doctors you see
  • Completed Covid-19 Consent Form

Please Call Us As Soon As Possible and Reschedule Your Appointment If:

  • You are feeling unwell with fever, cough, runny nose, or other symptoms that could be from covid-19
  • You are waiting for covid-19 test results, or have tested positive for covid-19
  • If you are a close contact of someone with covid-19
  • If you are in quarantine.

The Following Can Not be Accommodated at the Time of Covid-19 Vaccination

  • Medical certificates (you will be given an attendance card)
  • Vaccination for COVID-19 is on the same day
  • Vaccination for those who do not meet current eligibility criteria
  • Referrals
  • Home visits for COVID-19 vaccination
  • Vaccination in the car due to the need for monitoring and safety
  • Scripts
  • Messages to your doctor for scripts or referrals
